Passing of Lyndell

St. James sadly announces the passing of Lyndell Marriner Wahab. She was one of the oldest and beloved members and was 102 years old. Her service will be at the graveside (Belhaven community cemetery) at 2 pm on Sunday, Nov 5. A reception will be held at the church afterwards. We rejoice that she is now in eternal life.

    At least once a year, our church enjoys having our service in the lovely garden of one of our parishioners. Our tentative date is June 9 @ 10am. More information coming soon.

  • Pat Rieves Celebration of Life

    Please join Pat’s family on January 14 from 2-4pm at St. James Episcopal Church for an afternoon filled with love, as we remember our devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. We will share some laughs and stories, but our memories would be incomplete without recalling Pat’s compassion and loyalty with her closest friends. Let’s gather and cherish her memory.

    Pat was passionate about reading. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Belhaven Public Library, where Pat regularly volunteered.
